Class Description

Moving organizations forward towards justice and equity requires knowledge and skill. Understanding and right use of power, and the skills to lead change are essential. This three-hour workshop will introduce participants to four exemplary change agents. We will talk about their stories, examine their use of power and leadership, and then engage in a process of peer consultation and coaching to deepen participants practice in advancing justice in their organizations.
