In this interactive workshop, participants will discuss what works and what doesn’t with regard to running an effective meeting. We have all sat through long and boring meetings that lost their way. And as leaders, we have been challenged by meetings that seem to drift and lose energy as we struggled to regain focus and make the meeting productive. This workshop will cover how to create an agenda that is do-able and keeps energy high; and the best practices for group facilitation. Bring success stories, questions, tales of when meetings went less than well (!), and facilitation problems and challenges. Come ready to dive deep and share openly.
