Class Description

Come practice Mindfulness and reconnect with Self. Everyone can benefit from having clarity and peace of mind while having fun achieving it! In 90 minute workshop participants will be taken on an interactive guided meditation that works well for all. We will be practicing diﬀerent Mindfulness techniques such as breathing, Transcendental and Metta meditation as well as positive aﬃrmations that empower your inner self. This will increase relaxation, focus and positive thinking. Participants will walk away with steps to incorporate Mindfulness into their busy lifestyles
