This workshop will explore the new narrative of women’s leadership with the example set by Vice President Kamala Harris and other women leaders who are redefining what leadership means. Learn how context dictates narrative and how, specifically, our experiences shape the stories we tell the next generation. In this session, we will evaluate what leadership means and share styles that have worked and/or failed (either your own or others’). Attend and find new strategies for raising your voice and elevating your ideas even when you know that others might not agree. You will see and experience the new models for women’s leadership – thus enabling women to find new success in both traditional and non-traditional work environments. Let’s share innovative ways for women to develop their assets, shed their liabilities, and be positioned for the potential of their future advancement, succession, impact and influence.
