With Shelley Zimbalist moderating and asking probing questions, Dr. Jhally and Dr. Goldfield will discuss what activists need to know about the situation with Israel and Palestine and will reflect on which programs and initiatives seeking to address the conflict are helpful and which ones are less successful. With varied perspectives and decades of experience studying and teaching on Israel and Palestine, as well as on the ground, in-person involvement, these activist-scholars have much to say and much to teach. Dr. Jhally and Dr. Goldfield will engage with each other and with the gathered group – Shelley Zimbalist will invite your questions and reflections.
