Sojourner Truth School for Social Change Leadership

Facilitating meetings is one of the more challenging aspects of organizational leadership, especially when we are trying to go beyond making plans, getting work done, or simply having things go smoothly. This workshop will be a fun exploration of how to make the magic happen with any group of people, regardless of whether they are on opposing sides of a heated debate or are like-minded folks who get rowdy anyway. You will leave with a taste of some insightful resources available to help you grow and a sense of which possibilities you would like to tinker with first. This workshop is for everyone because we all host gatherings and we could all benefit from taking a look at how each one is a truly important opportunity.
