Think of a time when you experienced tension between your personal values and the commitments you made to a group. In the Cross-Cultural Accountability Lab, participants will explore how the unconscious commitments we’ve made to ourselves and the cultures we inhabit can disrupt our ability to shape collective agreements across differences in race, class, ethnicity, and identity. We’ll explore how to navigate these challenges, align with our authentic selves, and strengthen our ability to make collective agreements with integrity. Participants will leave the workshop with a greater sense of how our self-accountability serves as a foundation for collective accountability.
